NEED Help or Know More abt STROKE for Prevention ?

Yes, STROKE is indeed very dangerous and sometime there is no clear symptoms, but you could still prevent it by being more health concious. 


STROKE happen because of your eating habit, eating unhealthily, high cholesterol food like nasi lemak, curry, char kuey teow, chicken rice etc. One day 3 meal -all unhealthy food. 


Hence, cholesterol accumulate and your artery leading to brain get clogged and STROKE occurs. To prevent this from damaging your life or your family's life, change your eating habit. To improve stroke or prevent stroke, the only solution is to reduce cholesterol clogged in your blood stream.


Like me, i change my breakfast to a healthy nutrition 123  to reverse the health situation. Is this a big difficult task, changing your breakfast is as easy as abc.
