Women Biggest Sacrifice
Women were all beautiful when they were young at early 20's and then they met with a few boyfriends, has a few romantic years and finally settled with the selected one. They got married and all the money goes into her pocket (account), she started to control bit by bit. One night, she got pregnant and nine months later, she gave birth to first child.
After a year or two, husband came home horny and blown..... another pregnancy. Another nine months, the 2nd child came. Is MSG really safe as approved by the ministry and included into our food ? What is MSG ? Well MSG is Monosodium Glutamate and it is a kind of ingredient that enhance our taste buds so that the food is more delicious. The medical researchers labelled it as "excitotoxin" which is a type of drug that can damage your brain cells, and will caused addiction and slow poisoning. If over consume it can be FATAL. Excitotoxin is activate cancer cells in your body.



Have you ever notice those food that has MSG in it is more delicious like the canned soup, flavored junk food, flavored potato chips, instant noodles and etc ? They tend to taste so good you cannot resist taking a bite or a sip. I used to love the Mxxxx Mee instant noodles until I read about this MSG.
Have you ever notice or wonder why there is a label on the packaging that show the ingredient and the nutrition fact and these information are always very very small print and you can notice it but can never read it. It is because the manufacturer don't want to know too much. To my surprise, a single serving pack of noodles are very high in calorie and very low in nutrition. Not to mention the amount of MSG in the seasoning that is so poisonous and if you eat a lot of it over a long period of years, it will be accumulated in your body as toxins. Yes, toxins as in POISON.
Many people from young, has started to love eating instant noodles and kept eating it while busy at work or studies or economy as the main reason, you be surprised that after 15-20 years when you are about 40 years old, you start to fall sick. You will have high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high toxin, skin allergy, uric acids, hormone imbalance, PMS problems, kidney failure, liver fattening, and worst of all, cancer. From the medical science, we all know that every human being has cancer cells, it's a matter of active or not. Yes, you got it. These unhealthy food that we eat where it's high in MSG, sugar, fat, salt (sodium) and chemical toxins, these are the food to cancer cell. Back few decade ago, during our parents time, seldom people get SICKED. Now, even the 7 year old kids can have stroke, 15 years old girl can have cancer, 10 years old boy have diabetes and 30 years old man died of heart attacked. Is this alarming news or is it just a piece of sad news to you.
Children that consume a lot of MSG in their food and snacks, it can slow down their growth and lack in concentration and memory. BEWARE ! Be careful of what your children eat, help them learn before it's too late. Sometime, you do not see these names in the labels as manufacturer has hidden these names in other names such as hydrolyzed vegetables protein or hydrolyzed protein or processed ingredients, so that you feel safe to eat.
Many people are aware of the situation but chose to live the way they call it happy and enjoying lifestyle. Of course you are enjoying, the fast food are so cheap and delicious, the junk food are so addictive, the processed food are so easily access and cook, no body ever care about what they eat are healthy or not.
Everyday you eat 3 meals to 5 meals to keep your body filled with food, as you need the energy to carry on your activities. Just imagine, you are treating these unhealthy and toxic food as energy source, you are actually killing yourself slowly everyday 3-5 times and yet you are enjoying it. Hurray, I found a new place to eat, very delicious, and they post it on FB to share with their friends. Not only you are happily killing yourself but you are also enjoy trying to kill others and they LIKED your sharing.
Great living environment, in the next 20 years, it will be those who cared for their health that will continue to enjoy life the right way.
What should you do ? Have a long thought about what have you been eating everyday every meal. Are they clean and healthy ? Breakfast - are they healthy ? Lunch and dinner - are they healthy ? I know, human tend to have many excuses.
Here are some common excuses:
- healthy food like vege are not nice to eat
- not filling enough, hungry quickly
- I am a meat eater, cannot do with vege
- I love to eat can't resist delicious food
- I am a fat burner, I can eat high calorie food
- I have tried but failed
- I don't know what to eat
- I have no time for healthy food, no time to cook
- the last medical check was good, doctor said I am OK
- I cannot drink plain water, must drink flavorful drinks
- ok ok, I will start soon......(unknown deadline)
Are you the one who always give such excuses ? Well, I made a BIG change to my lifestyle, I re-gain my health although I thought I couldn't do it initially. I DID it.

1 out of every 7 Malaysians are Diabetic
Every 14 November is World Diabetes Day. It was launched by the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) and World Health Organisation (WHO) in 1991 and it has become the primary awareness campaign of the global diabetes community.
According to the National Health and Morbidity survey it is estimated that 3.4 million Malaysians are diabetes sufferers in 2010.
Results of the two latest National Health and Morbidity Surveys showed a dramatic increase in the prevalence of diabetes from 8.3% in 1996 to 14.9% in 2006 for Malaysian adults aged 30 years and above - an increase of 80% over a period of just 10 years. More worryingly, about a third (or 36%) of the diabetic population are undiagnosed.
Malaysia has the most number of overweight and obese people in Asia, obesity is a main cause of diabetes 54% of the adult population is either obese or overweight, compared to only 24.1% 10 years ago. As a result 7 out of 10 Malaysian adults suffer from chronic diseases.
High sugar intake (which also causes obesity) among Malaysians is one of the contributing factors to the high incidence of diabetes. We consume 26 teaspoons of sugar a day and are the eighth highest sugar users in the world.
Another major health concern is that 4 out of 5 people with diabetes will die of heart disease (the number 1 killer in the country). Six new cases of stroke occur every hour in Malaysia.
Surveys have shown that for every two known diabetics, there is at least one more who never know of having the disease (and by extension, may never seek treatment) until irreversible complications set in. Worse still, Type 2 diabetes is seen as no longer a disease of middle or old age -- children as young as 10 years old suffering from diabetes (both Type 1 and Type 2) are not an uncommon sight nowadays.
Doctors found that the young diabetics were usually obese, and their condition could be traced to eating too much unhealthy food and having a sedentary lifestyle. According to the survey, Type 2 diabetes was more apparent in people aged between 18 and 29, however there were also children below 10 years inflicted by the disease.
A senior consultant pediatrician said that “The children’s bad dietary habits of eating burgers, nuggets, fried chicken, fries and carbonated drinks which are contributing factors, to obesity. Long hours of homework, watching television and playing computer games added to the problem.”
The same surveys showed that the prevalence of obesity had increased from 4.4% in 1996 to 14.0% in 2006 for adult Malaysians aged 18 years and above -- an increase of over 200% in just 10 years.
The disease is dangerous because it can also affect the patient’s vital organs like the heart, kidneys, nerves and eyes. If diabetes is not well controlled, it can lead to many complications. High blood glucose levels over a period of time, coupled with the features of metabolic syndrome, cause damage to the blood vessels, which in turn, result in damage to many organs
Although many serious complications, such as kidney failure or blindness, can affect individuals with diabetes, it is the complications of the foot that take the greatest toll. Of all lower extremity amputations, 40-70% is related to diabetes.
Somewhere in the world every: 10 seconds two people develop diabetes, 10 seconds 1 person dies of diabetes and 30 seconds a limb is lost to diabetes.
Diabetes and end stage renal failure is a big health problem in Malaysia. It is estimated that there are 13,000 kidney patients undergoing dialysis and every year 2,500 people join the ranks of end-stage renal failure patients.
There is growing evidence that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), a cheap substitute for sugar used in processed foods and drinks may facilitate insulin resistance, and eventually lead to Type 2 diabetes. HFCS is widely used in a wide range of foods such as jams breads spreads, chocolate, baking and cooking ingredients, packed fruit juices soft drinks, beverages, energy drinks, bread, breakfast cereals, sauces, snacks and soups.
Beverages and processed foods made with HFCS are high in calories and low in nutritional value. Regular intake of these products in the diet has the potential to promote obesity — which, in turn, leads to serious health conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and coronary artery disease.
Diabetes is an important public health concern. Globally there is a rising trend in the prevalence of diabetes due to many factors such as population growth, aging, urbanization and increasing prevalence of obesity and physical inactivity.
In order to reduce this numbers, we must take initiate the remove all vending machines dispensing junk food and sugary drinks from areas such as hospitals, airports and schools. Instead provide drinking water in water dispensers at these places, drink pure and clean water.
- Launch a massive campaign in the mass media to educate the public on the dangers of diabetes and how to improve the situation and also improve the lifestyle and habits.
- Let's work together to help our nation improve our health and not be No. 1 again in terms of diabetic and obesity.

New Wellness Center - iShake Today
Good morning to all of you ladies and gentlemen. This week has been wonderful for me. I have opened a new Wellness Club with the name iShake Today in Damansara Damai, Petaling Jaya (near to Sri Dsara or Desa Park City).
This is another great chapter to my career in Herbalife. I have been operating with my partner, Angel at the Nutri Hub in PJ Newtown for 9 months and we gathered about 50 customers there. All of them have re-gained health and some even lost many kilograms and dropped few sizes. They found their new them. I am very happy for their achievement in the wellness program through our guidance.
Now, I have opened a totally new wellness club in Dsara Damai with the mission to help all populations in this community to re-gain health and also improve life financially and lifestyle too.
Although it is a small club but it is big enough in ambition to help many people to regain health and pursue to their dream of a better life. We will be organizing events to create more awareness for our club thru opening party, wellness health workshop, road shows, shake party and festive party.

NEED Help or Know More abt STROKE for Prevention ?
Yes, STROKE is indeed very dangerous and sometime there is no clear symptoms, but you could still prevent it by being more health concious.
STROKE happen because of your eating habit, eating unhealthily, high cholesterol food like nasi lemak, curry, char kuey teow, chicken rice etc. One day 3 meal -all unhealthy food.

I, CHANGE my Lifestyle Thru Nutrition Breakfast
Yes, I was normal like you guys before. I am happy with my life as a family man with a wife and 3 kids. I always have nasi lemak breakfast with my wife and then go to work. At lunch, I would have my favorite delicious chinese food such as bak kut teh, chicken rice, curry mee, char kuey teow, chee cheong fun with curry, nasi lemak or economy rice with curry and vege and meat. No meat no rice cannot live type of mentality.
As for dinner, I am always home for either home cooked food - rice, chicken or pork meat, vege, chilly and soup. I don't like to eat supper but I do munch some snacks while watching football on Astro at midnight. I love to drink beer when I go out with friends. Well ! this is my lifestyle.
When I was in early 30's, my waistline was at 32 inches (perfect number). Years past by, my waistline grown to 38 inches when I was 38 years old. An inch a year ratio....
At 39 years old, I was feeling tired all the time, my waistline bloated up so big I can't see my own feet, my shoulder always feel pressure and stressed up, early morning when I woke up I feel tired as though I never sleep and my knee start to jerk and pain as I walk or run.
At this stage, my BMI shot to 26.66. When I met the doctor and he said I am at borderline for my blood pressure. He recommend I go for full body check. After check, my blood pressure is high, my blood sugar is high and my cholesterol is high.
I must start medication to control them or I may risk heart attack, stroke and even diabetes, that was the advice of my doctor. With family history that my dad had stroke and high blood pressure and high cholesterol, I stand a very high risk. I have seen my dad take medication for past 20 years to control the situation and ended up half paralyzed. I do not want history to repeat itself, I know how difficult it is for your love ones to care for you at that stage. I do not want to depend on medication. I decided to control my DIET, but all those favorite food cannot eat anymore. Where is life ! There is no meaning to it.
What should I do ?..... I was lucky to meet my angel who introduced to me Herbalife Nutrition. Just imagine what would I be if I turned down this chance to try the nutrition.
I listened to her carefully and since it is not medication and merely nutrition food, I chose to try it out. I tried it for 1 month, every morning I had that nutrition breakfast and nothing else.
