I, CHANGE my Lifestyle Thru Nutrition Breakfast


Yes, I was normal like you guys before. I am happy with my life as a family man with a wife and 3 kids. I  always have nasi lemak breakfast with my wife and then go to work. At lunch, I would have my favorite delicious chinese food such as bak kut teh, chicken rice, curry mee, char kuey teow, chee cheong fun with curry, nasi lemak or economy rice with curry and vege and meat. No meat no rice cannot live type of mentality. 

As for dinner, I am always home for either home cooked food - rice, chicken or pork meat, vege, chilly and soup. I don't like to eat supper but I do munch some snacks while watching football on Astro at midnight. I love to drink beer when I go out with friends. Well ! this is my lifestyle. 


When I was in early 30's, my waistline was at 32 inches (perfect number). Years past by, my waistline grown to 38 inches when I was 38 years old. An inch a year ratio.... 



At 39 years old, I was feeling tired all the time, my waistline bloated up so big I can't see my own feet, my shoulder always feel pressure and stressed up, early morning when I woke up I feel tired as though I never sleep and my knee start to jerk and pain as I walk or run. 


At this stage, my BMI shot to 26.66. When I met the doctor and he said I am at borderline for my blood pressure. He recommend I go for full body check. After check, my blood pressure is high, my blood sugar is high and my cholesterol is high. 

I must start medication to control them or I may risk heart attack, stroke and even diabetes, that was the advice of my doctor. With family history that my dad had stroke and high blood pressure and high cholesterol, I stand a very high risk. I have seen my dad take medication for past 20 years to control the situation and ended up half paralyzed. I do not want history to repeat itself, I know how difficult it is for your love ones to care for you at that stage. I do not want to depend on medication. I decided to control my DIET, but all those favorite food cannot eat anymore. Where is life ! There is no meaning to it.


What should I do ?..... I was lucky to meet my angel who introduced to me Herbalife Nutrition. Just imagine what would I be if I turned down this chance to try the nutrition.




I listened to her carefully and since it is not medication and merely nutrition food, I chose to try it out. I tried it for 1 month, every morning I had that nutrition breakfast and nothing else. No more curry mee, chee cheong fun or nasi lemak for breakfast. Just simple change ..... my breakfast. I can live with that. 


I tried for 1 month and to my surprised, I lost 4 kilograms and felt energy, felt like I was 5 years younger and I decided to continue. After 3 months, I lost a total of 9 kilograms and shape up myself losing 5 inches in waistline, my shirt size shrunk from XL to M, my pants size shrunk from 38 inches to 33 inches. That was incredible, I never thought this day would come. 


Best of all, my blood pressure is back to normal, blood sugar are normal and cholesterol are normal. 


This is what I take as my breakfast every morning, I replaced my nasi lemak with a healthy breakfast program.
